Construction Career Day is a construction career exploration event designed to provide 9th through 12th grade students a chance to experience the construction industry through interactive learning labs and equipment demonstrations under supervision by professional construction companies. Attendees can also learn about education paths to a career in the industry.

To inspire and prepare the next generation of skilled professionals by providing high school students with hands on experience, interactive learning labs, and Direct engagement with industry experts- empowering them to explore rewarding careers in heavy highways construction and understand the educational pathways that lead there.
